We have turned our ideas, wishes, and visions into plans and patents

In Europe, Buyrocks and the additionally registered loading process were granted patents. In the USA and China, Buyrocks has also been registered for a patent. We are currently in the final stages of the examination process. We hope to be granted patents in both countries in 2026.

On our website, you can see a prototype that has now been completed. It provides a very good insight into how the system works and the possibilities it offers. However, we are also aware that the step from prototype to series production is a very big one. Therefore, it is now time for us to either involve large corporations in the project, enter into a partnership, or hand the project over to capable hands.

Der Buyrocks ist ein Transportwagen. Als Bestandteil des Kofferraums begleitet er den Warentransport vom Beladeort zum Entladeort. Zum Beispiel kann er als eingesetzter Einkaufswagen die Ware während des gesamten Transportes, vom Regal im Supermarkt bis in die Wohnung, schützen. Kein mehrfaches Aus-, Um-, oder Einladen an der Kasse, am Pkw oder zu Hause. Am Pkw fährt er selbständig in den Kofferraum hinein oder heraus und zu Hause angekommen direkt in die Wohnung. Kleine Lifte oder Treppen sind hierbei kein Problem.

Diese Erleichterungen beim Be- und Entladen sorgen gemeinsam mit dem gleichzeitigen Schutz der Ware, dafür, dass weder die Größe, das Gewicht, die Stabilität, das verwendete Material, noch die Witterung für die zu transportierenden Waren von entscheidender Bedeutung sind. Somit eröffnen sich Produktherstellern und der Verpackungsindustrie völlig neue Möglichkeiten im Bereich des Umweltschutzes und der Nachhaltigkeit. Das Automobil wird zum Dienstleister des Klima- und Umweltschutzes. 

Neben dem Einkaufen sorgt diese neue Pkw-Ausstattung auch bei Warentransporten aller Art für einen höheren Komfort. Die teils aufwendigen und kraftanstrengenden Arbeitsvorgänge werden minimiert. Dies hilft vor allem Handwerkern, der älter werdenden Bevölkerung und natürlich auch gehandicapten Personen.

Buyrocks –  Now looking for licensees or buyers

Buyrocks is a patented, modular transport and docking system. It transforms shopping carts or mobile workstations into intelligent, networked transport modules when used in conjunction with a car. This global infrastructure upgrade serves several growth areas at once: automotive integration, sustainable packaging systems, urban logistics, and digital mobility solutions.

Existing problems
Purchasing, transporting goods, and the last mile to the vehicle are still largely analog, inefficient, labor-intensive, and unsustainable. 

  • Due to the lack of networking, the millions of shopping carts cannot generate data and therefore cannot enable customer loyalty.

  • The transport of goods has been inefficient up to now due to multiple loading and unloading, and it also places a burden on the increasingly aging population.

  • Increasing sustainability requirements (COâ‚‚, recycling quotas) with growing regulatory requirements in the area of packaging are causing prices to rise in the retail sector.

  • Cars transport people, not processes. The trunk is passive, unused as a system, and offers no added value after parking.

  • High operating and loss costs due to theft of goods and shopping carts.

The solution
The Buyrocks, a vehicle-integrated transport solution, completes the supply chain. The system enables the transport trolley to be automatically loaded and unloaded into the car.

  • The transport trolley is equipped with digital controls. This naturally also enables integration and reorientation during the shopping process. Digital integration (app, AI-supported processes, customer loyalty, advertising) now takes place where it is needed: during shopping, where money is spent or revenue is generated.

  • The transport trolley protects the goods and reduces the number of work steps. This enables a reduction or substitution of traditional disposable packaging.

  • Regulatory pressure (EU Packaging Directive, sustainability requirements, ESG requirements) on retailers, the packaging industry, and automotive manufacturers is increasing. Buyrocks is positioning itself as a systematic solution within this regulatory transformation.

Property rights and IP status
Buyrocks has been secured by patent law. With applications filed in Europe, the USA, and China, global protection is in place in strategically relevant markets.

  • Buyrocks was granted a patent in Europe in 2024 under the reference number EP 4103448 B1.

  • The loading process was also granted a patent in Europe in October 2025 under the reference number EP 4251492 B1.

  • The Buyrocks has been registered for patent in the USA under application number 18/038,297.

​​

  • The Buyrocks has been registered for patent in China under application number 202180079851.8.
